Whether you're working or have the day off, a little visual entertainment. 

First, a leftover from the weekend.  Maya Rudolph playing Beyonce on SNL, introducing Ivy Blue to the celeb world.  And love the references to "white butler".  Hilar!


Then, I found this video which, if I had participated, I would have probably thrown up.  I'm am NOT an adrenaline junkie! Devin Graham and pals set up the giant swing with 150-feet of rope in a Utah canyon by looping the rope around an overhang. After testing the rope swing with a bag of rocks, they then proceeded to make the record-breaking 130-foot free-fall.

So, you ever in a relationship where you don't call for a while and then it's been so long that it gets awkward?  Ummm, yeah, my blog is awkward.  So, I'm just going to pretend it didn't happen and resume our relationship and just ignore the lack of flowers and flirty texts...

Anyway.

Whitney Houston died.  I was stunned when I heard the news.  I saw her years ago in concert and WHAT a voice.  She will be missed. 

Adele won a slew of Grammy awards and my goodness, despite being called fat, did she look FAB or what?  I keep hoping the rumor that she's taking four or five years off is not true.

And finally, how about some love for the iPad 3, which apparently will be 4G!!!!  Watch!

Wow, what a weekend right?  On top of all the festivities, I had two birthday parties to throw as my twins turned NINE!!  I am not old enough to have nine year olds.  Okay, I am but don't rub it in.

A couple of things.  If you missed SNL, this was a great bit.

As for the game, I liked the Madonna performance.  She's not a spry as she used to be but it was good.  I loved a few of the commercials, but this one was my favorite.
