The Ulster County Fair Grounds welcomes all to a July 4th celebration on Saturday the 2nd starting at 4 pm. Performances include their lead band 'The Holms Brothers' and their high school band 'The Impulse and Big Joe Fitts.' Activities include clown and face painting and sand art for the young ones.
