Arriving from Anaheim, CA, Stolen Thought joined up as a band in the end of the '90s, when Nima Nassiri (vocals, guitar), Chris Owen (bass, vocals), and Troy Owen (drums) played their first rehearsals. Distinguishing their sound by combining strong grooves with a bold lyrical content, the trio ultimately delivers sole crossbreed themes inspired by a multitude of styles. Since forming, Stolen Thought played almost anywhere in California, always achieving significant success. In 2001, the band managed to record their first disc, the eponymous EP Stolen Thought, featuring five original themes. Gaining considerable airplay on local radio stations and growing their original fan base even more, Thought continued to play numerous live shows all over their state area and beyond.
